Benjamin Peter Ksiazek, born March 23,
1943 in Philadelphia, Pennsyvania, was my first husband.
We met at Earlham College and were married
almost two years later, just after my graduation in 1964.
Ben was a proud second-generation Polish-American.
His parents are both deceased.
At one point in his brief life -- he died
at age twenty-eight -- Ben tried to contact relatives in Poland
but was mostly unsuccessful.
One distant cousin was found, but at Ben's death, the correspondence ceased.
I am very much interested in finding out
anything more that I can about this part of my own past
and my son's and grandson's ancestry.
Since beginning this page, I have had
the wonderfully good fortune to be contacted by
Jerry Ksiazek and his son Scott. They are Ben's cousins and will be adding
to the information I have on the family!
I'm VERY excited about this...especially since they found ME by finding this
page on the internet.
